About Kohatu Park

Kohatu Park, also known as the New Zealand Central Motorsport and Adventure Park, is being developed near Nelson, at the top of the South Island.

With limited motorsport and adventure recreation facilities in the region, Kohatu Park has the potential to provide significant benefits for Nelson Tasman, central New Zealand, and the wider community. The Park will support recreation, events, training, tourism, economic activity, and a range of community uses.

The resource consent process has been progressed, and we are now focused on building community support and keeping momentum behind the project.

Supporter membership is open to individuals and businesses who wish to support the project and be part of its progress.

As a supporter, you will receive regular updates through your website account. Supporters may also receive access to future benefits, offers, concessions, privileges, or event-related opportunities where these become available.

Once the Park is operational, the aim is to provide supporters with appropriate access and benefits.

Becoming a supporter is currently free and a practical way to support Kohatu Park and help demonstrate the strong community backing needed to bring this important regional facility to life.
