Breaking news - Resource Consent Granted 14/6/2012

Great news for all members and supporters the RMA system has actually worked, as it should - to allow activities to happen and not stop them happening!

We will attach a link to the TDC website once they post the decision files.

There is a period of 15 days in which an appeal could be lodged which would see delays while an Environment Court Hearing process was worked through. We will wait with fingers crossed the Park will not be unnecessarily delayed by this process, but we are more than ready to take this eventuality on if need be, with heaps of support which is growing in the Community everyday.
